The first three talks (Introduction, Basic AspectJ, More AspectJ and Eclipse) have been posted on the Website. More detailed grading criteria for the seminar will be posted within a few days. I will take care of registering undergraduate students not yet registered, but graduate students should simply register themselves in the usual way. Shmuel |

As explained in the first meeting, you should WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS select at least three topics on which you are willing to present a lecture at the AOSD seminar. and send an email to ukatzatcs.technion.ac.il Please include: name, student number, preferences (in descending order). If you are willing to give anything, write "any". Also list "status": registered-undergrad, grad, or interested-undergrad. Also please list relevant courses you have had: OOP, Imut tochna, Tikun tochna, etc. I will try to respond with your assignment as soon as possible, and will inform interested undergrads whether there are enough places (the registration will be done directly by me for those beyond the first 13; right now it looks good for most or all to be included) |

Welcome to the Seminar on Aspect-Oriented Software Development. The topics to be covered in the seminar on AOSD are posted on the Website. Please look them over. They will be explained more fully at the first meeting of the seminar on Sunday 24/10, and selection of topics will be done by you selecting 3 preferences and me deciding who does what, within the few days following the first meeting.. If you are willing to volunteer to give 1a or 1b, please contact me immediately at ukatzatcs.technion.ac.il because those need to start working already. Requirements and grading will be explained at the first meeting--but include mandatory attendance at (almost) all sessions, preparation, and presentation of a powerpoint presentation of one hour--by yourself. Please excuse any technical glitches with the Webpage--until I figure out how to use the tools provided...See you Sunday... Shmuel Katz |
