Can I take the DB Course without having learned LOGIC? | |

In order to participate in the DB course you must PASS the Logic course first. Students who didn't pass the Logic prerequisite, will be removed automatically from the course during the semester. |
Can I take the DB Course without having learned FILE SYSTEMS? | |

Yes. The course no longer assumes File Systems as a prerequisite. |
I have taken the DB course before. Can I transfer my homework grades? | |

Note that you can't transfer an already transferred grade. So the only possibility would be transferring your HW Average from Winter 2007 (only if you actually did the HW then) Note that if you'll submit any of the HW, you can't regret and choose to transfer grades!
