Objective: In this meeting, we make sure that the team has a clear understanding and concrete work plan for the project. Agenda: Student presentation (approved by industrial supervisor) summarizing: Goals: main project objective Scope: what is and is not to be done? Methodology: how is it to be done? Milestones: when is it to be done? A timeline of what expected to be done for each week of the semester. Especially what we can expect to see already at the midway meeting?
