An email has been sent to each student including the results of the tests, as run by the automatic check on his solution. We have uploaded a new version of main2.cpp (named main2a.cpp), which should not contain any warnings. This means you can, and should, safely compile using -Wall. If any of you wish to appeal or understand your mistakes better you are welcome to come to Nofar's reception hour, Sunday at 16:30. If you lost points because of late submission, and you had an exam between 13-28/03, you can send the exam scan to Nofar's email and get the points back. There was a common mistake in the Induction questions - trying to proove theta directly or using different constants. If you lost points in these questions, go over recitation 2. Note that you should phrase an inequality with a specific constant, and then proove the inequality using induction. Good luck, Course staff |

Specifically, please make sure you read the course guidelines that appear in the "Information Sheet" file under the syllabus tab. Also, read the course schedule under the syllabus tab, which will specifiy the material taught in each week, along with the submission dates of each homework assignment. The lectures and recitations slides can be downloaded and printed from the site (under "Course material") or obtained as a booklet at Beit Hastudent. We recommend that you bring a printout of the slides to every lesson. Additional service that the course home page suggests is partner finding. Our office hours will be updated soon under the "Staff" tab. Try to fit yourselves to those office hours, or contact us by email.
