Exam open material policy | |

Dear students, as mentioned in class, the exam follows the following open material policy: you can bring any material from the course. This includes: - Your personal notes, handwritten or printed - Lecture and tutorial slides - Homework sheets and solutions - The 3 previous exams and solutions provided on the course website - Your personal formula sheet - Supplementary material provided on the course website You cannot bring: - A calculator - Textbooks - Exercises/material coming from outside the course website - Anything not related to the course material There is no limit in the number of pages of open material you can bring. That being said, we invite you to be considerate of the planet: it is useless to print out every single slide and lecture note. In practice those doing so do not use then and throw them immediately to the bin. Good luck! Best regards, The course staff |

Strikes and course cancellation | |

Dear students, due to the staff strikes, there will be no lecture tomorrow 01/05/2023. Furthermore, to avoid going through the material in the tutorial first, the tutorial is also postponed. There will be two catch-up lectures and tutorials, to account for the two strike days we missed: - Sunday 07/05 - 16:30 --> 19:30 - Sunday 17/05 - 16:30 --> 19:30 Both catch-up sessions consist in a two hour lecture followed by an hour tutorial.
