What is "fog effect"? | |
You should define a fog color that is combined with the object color depending on the distance of each pixel from the viewer. A useful link is included (note that you cannot implement it using OpenGL). You do not have to implement all possible kinds of fog effects, pick your favorite ones. | |

What is "supersampling anti-aliasing"? | |
You should maintain a buffer that is larger than the screen, or in other words render an image that is larger than the screen. Than, to display it, downsample the image (using all the values, for example if your high resolution image is as twice as high and wide, compute the average of each 4 pixels) to generate the screen buffer. |
What is "light bloom"? | |
You should apply a gaussian filter on the bright pixels and combine it with the original image (buffer). See the attached link for more details. | |
