Dear Students, Moed B exam has been marked and released. A marking scheme and solution sketch were published in the course web site. If you wish to appeal please read the following instructions: 1. The purpose of the appeals is to correct marking errors. You cannot appeal on the marking scheme itself. Appeals, complaints or attempts to negotiate the scheme itself will not be considered. 2. Please read the marking scheme and the solution sketch before you decide to appeal. Appeal only if you discover a marking error, which clearly doesn't follow the published scheme. 3. You cannot consult with any of the course staff (TAs and lecturer) regarding any appeal issues and prospects. In addition, oral appeals will not be considered. 4. Appeals should be submitted on a formal appeal form that can be obtained from the undergraduate secretaries. 5. The appeals should be put in the course mail box (on Floor 1) until Wednesday, March 23rd 5pm. No appeals will be accepted after this date/time. 6. You should concisely specify why you believe your grade should be raised (i.e., state the question and sub-question number, and where and why you believe there was a marking error). 7. Please type your appeal. In cases where it helps in understanding your appeal, you may attach a photocopy of your original exam. Otherwise there is no need to attach a copy of the exam. 8. Note that the entire exam will be re-marked in each case (so appeals may increase or decrease your final grades). Regards, - The Course Staff |
