Project time limit
|Typical scenarios to be run tomorrow should take a typical implementation up to around 1 - 2 minutes to complete.|
We have set a 5 minute failure dead-line to avoid spending all day waiting for the robots.
|The project final demonstration will be on Tuesday, March 28, at 15:30 in the lab.|

If anyone needs any technical support, please ask this week, as next week there will be no one to ask :-)
|Due to the fact that the tests were not scanned, we will have the test notebooks available for review tomorrow (at 518 9:00 - 15:00). |

Project obstacles upgraded
|Since flat boxes were not responding well to the sonars, we have upgraded the obstacles to be strips of jagged plastic, so you get good readings from virtually all relevant angles.|

Topics for Test
|The topics for the test are the ones covered by the 6 homework assignments.|
Also, previous years tests and solutions can be found in the course material.
|The robot protocol has been updated to a serverless, UDP based one.|
All robots in the lab have been updated (7 of them, 1 was taken).
Each robot now has a static IP, which is written on a sticker on the robot.
The lab workstations contain updated interface code in C++ and Python.
The changes in the interface are just in the initialization, where IDs are no longer used, and the server address is replaced by the robot address (with a new port: 2777)
Also, the sonars now update at 10Hz
