אתם רשאים להגיש את תרגיל בית 5 עד יום רביעי בצהריים (29-יוני).

| Update to assignment 4 | To the requests of several students I have modified question 3 of assignment 4 to be consistent with its counterpart in assignment 3.
Notice that only 2 iterations are required now.
The modified assignment is available on site.
In any case, both answers (to the modified and unmodified versions) will be accepted.

| Welcome to "Algorithms in Computational Biology" | Hello all,
The course website is now open and it contains some basic information about the course, so you are invited to take a look.
The slides for the first lecture and tutorial will also be put online soon (under 'course material' section).
Please note that in the first week there will be no tutorial. The first tutorial will be held only next week (March 8).
