In the end of the rules.edl file you can see definitions for req_0, req_1 and req_2, which are used within the rules.

| Grades transfer | The course policy for transferring homework grades from previous semesters is as follows.
Only students that already passed the course and only wish to improve their grade may request to have their homework grades transferred.
Such requests should be sent to Yael.
Note that the course material might be somewhat different from previous semesters, which will be reflected in the home exercises (and of course the exam).
Therefore, solving the exercises might be helpful even for those that have already solved the exercises in previous semesters.
Take this into consideration if you decide to transfer your grades.
