| Moed A Grades | The grades are published:
* 'HW_average' is your final HW grade. It is calculated by omitting the lowest grade out of HW1-6, and the lowest grade out of HW7-11, and taking the average of the remaining 11 assignments (rounded down to 100).
* 'ExamA' is your exam grade.
* 'FinalA' is your final grade. If ExamA is less then 46 then it is the final grade, otherwise it is calculated by taking your ExamA grade, adding a factor of 8 points, and then taking 90% of the result together with 10% of your HW_average grade.

| Clarification about the role of F and T | Due to questions about the role of F and T in HW 8 we would like to clarify a few things:
In our definitions, F and T are atomic formulas so they are always there.
On the other hand, when we speak of WFF with -> and F (as in the proof system),
then we don't regard T as an atom.
In HW 8, we use the usual convention that F and T are atoms.
Namely, when you are asked to show that {Maj,NOT} is complete and that {Maj} is not
complete, F and T are atomic formulas and you can use them.
Your grade for HW8 will not be affected by this. |

Welcome to the "Logic and Set Theory" (234293) course. All course announcements will be published on the site and through this mailing list. Please stay updated through this site.
Make sure to read the general info section and the info sheet in the syllabus section, specifying the course policy.
We note that video lectures and tutorials from the previous semester might differ from this semester in the syllabus and notations.
First week tutorials: There will be no tutorial on the first week. The lectures will begin on Monday 19/10 and the tutorials will begin on Wednesday 21/10.
