Gal's regular tutorial on 24/4 is cancelled due to "Yom Hazikaron" Ceremony at the Technion.
Students from Gal's group who can't attend the complementary tutorial, should go to tutorial #6 on one of the following dates:
Ben Lee – Monday 23/4, 10:30-12:30, Ullman 604
Dana - Tuesday 24/4 10:30-12:30, Ullmann 302
Tomer - Wednesday 2/5, 14:30-16:30, Ullman 601
There are no other complementary tutorials or lectures.
We remind you that next week, Monday 23/4 is "Matkonet Thursday" so there will be no lecture at that date, but Ben Lee's tutorial will be held on Monday (usual time and room).
Also Tomer's tutorial, Ben Lee's tutorial and Wednesday workshop, on Wednesday and Thursday are cancelled due to "Yom Hazikaron" and "Yom Haatzmaot". |

The late submission deadline for HW2 is extended until Wednesday 4.4 on 1230 (noon).
So, you may submit HW2 until 1.4 at 1230 with no penalty at all or submit it until 4.4 at 1230 with 5 points penalty.

| Gadi's lecture notes | Gadi will be updating on a weekly basis lecture notes that can be found under "course material".
Note that the lecture notes are strictly informal, meaning they:
1) May (and will) contain mistakes.
2) May (and will) contain extra material not shown in class (as well as material shown in the tutorials).
3) May (and will) contain material in order different from the one given in class.
4) Can not (and will not) be referred to in the homework or test (as opposed to the lectures).
5) Can not (and will not) be the basis for appeals of any kind.
However, the notes contain the definitions, notations and theorems shown in class.
Gadi would welcome any feedback (especially mistake fixes, including typographical errors). |

| Workshops | Starting next week, each week we will give two workshops of two hours each. In the workshop you work on the homework and can consult a TA. You are encouraged to come to at least one workshop per week.
The workshop will be held at:
Monday 16:30-18:30, Taub 201 (seminar room on the second floor)
Wednesday 16:30-18:30, Taub 201 (seminar room on the second floor)
Gadi will give reception hours as listed under 'Staff'.
This week there will be no workshops since no home assignments were published.
