| few important updates and reminders | Hi,
few important updates and reminders:
1- There will be a total of 7 homeworks this semester, so you should
_pass_ in 5 homeworks in order to be eligeble to do the exam, we recommend
that you solve all homework to get hands-on experience before the exam and
advanced courses.
2- The exam will be with closed material (no additional material is
allowed).
3- Homework appeal procedure: if you have arguments regarding your
grades in in the homework,
_please_ come to my reception hour [_dont_ send email] with your homework
and a written claim, if you cant come then put your homework in my cell at the
fifth floor (cell 187) along with your written appeal, and it will be
taken care of.
4-Homework clarification questions should be _only_ sent to the TA in
charge of the homework, in case you dont get a response in a resonable
time please contact me.
Feel free to take advantage of the TA reception hours, they are there for
you.

1. Question 2, in all function definitions; please replace "int" to "long", in order to deal with big numbers.
2. Question2, in explanations, the array PRIME contains an entry for the number 1. This is a mistake. Prime numbers should be considered starting from 2.

| No Need to submit Examples with Hw1 | Hi All,
As was stated in the homework 1, there's no need to submit examples
along with the code, just submit printout of the code.
this is not a general methodology, its valid only for this homework,
each homework will contain its own demands that will be stated in the
homework document.

1- Homework 0 is online, this homework a warm-up for you to practice
Linking/Compiling/Running programs under the TurboC environement,
this homework is not to be submitted and is not counted in the
success/fail record of each student.
2-Farm Hours: starting this semester we are conducting new service
for our students, in the couple first weeks there will be TAs on some hours
at the EE Farm to help you with the Technical TC issues
(for account problems you should use the help of the Farm Adminsitrators)
please take advantage of this service, it will help you to get your
first steps softly in the course.
